Scheduling/Admin Needs: Schedule online using the steps below! Alternatively, contact our Psychiatry Coordinator, Deana Vermillion, by calling/texting 434-207-2078 or by emailing Psychiatry@YoungFamilyMentalHealth.com. Expect response within 0-3 business days.
Non-Urgent Patient Needs or Med Refills: Please message Dr. Young directly through the Charm Portal. Expect response within 0-3 business days. Please avoid texting for non-urgent needs, if possible.
Urgent Patient Needs: If urgent, please call/text Dr. Young directly at 434-207-2034. Note that after-hours availability is not guaranteed and include evenings, weekends, holidays and vacations.
Crisis: If in a mental health crisis or if there is an urgent need in which Dr. Young is not available, please reach out to 988 or your local Community Service Board’s Crisis Line (Cville’s Region 10: 434-972-1800).
Emergency: If there is risk of imminent harm to self or others, please act immediately: call 911 or go to your nearest ER.
